Russian speaking IT Project Manager.Opal Transfer - Money Transfer company keen in offering best services for Eastern Europeans is looking for Russian speaking IT Project Manager to take over developing money transfer software for our growing needs. After assessing our goals and current project you would either start up your small IT department, outsource the development or both. Are you or have you been a C# developer looking for the next step into team lead, project management or business analysis? Are a people person who can communicate well to developers and non-technical people? We need someone to lead a small team of developers our manage projects with firms who will be writing a new product in asp.net, c# and sql server. You will need to know c# and sql (table design, sprocs, profiler, etc) but your main responsibility will be to ensure successful project delivery, including code quality and ensure deliverables are met. We want friendly, business focused person who is passionate about technologies but can speak in layman's terms. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company.You will need to be able to assess our company’s needs, find the best employees or partners to deliver projects, effectively manage time and resources. You take pride in the results that you produce. You might wish to work with developers or partners in UK or in Eastern Europe to provide cost efficiency. You would also take requirements and possibly prototype and develop smaller requirements or projects in the future. You have to be experienced enough to provide all of the above, preferably in various positions, totalling to no less than 5 years experience. Previous experience with software production for financial companies would be advantage.We offer growing hourly pay depending on your experience, skills and input to our business development and we would prefer to bonus you well on successful project launches.
