Our client offers a platform to meet new clients, strengthen existing relationships, promote brands and learn from peers. Their regional specialisation in the Middle East enables their customers to leverage off their relationships with key stakeholders and keeps them up-to-speed with market activity. Their conferences offer a deep understanding of the business needs of financial institutions, corporations and investors that conduct business in the Middle East.



Our client requires a Russian speaker to work with them on a conference coming up in February 2012.



Tasks interns should expect to learn about and undertake would include:



*To research relevant contacts based in Russia, which primarily consists of calling individuals to verify their contact details.



*To call interested contacts and sell the conference to them.



*You will undertake some ad hoc marketing tasks such as arranging media partnerships.



*You will contact speakers when required.



*You will clean and store data.



The most suitable intern for this position would have the following:



*Good verbal and written communication in both Russian and English.



*You should be a confident speaking on the phone.



*Ability to use Excel, Word, Powerpoint to a competent level.



*An interest in finance is desirable.
