POSTING JOB DESCRIPTION

Credit & Collections Analysts are primarily responsible for performing collection procedures and analysing the debt / trends of the distribution revenue clients across Eastern European countries along with Russia ensuring accurate data on the receivables ledger, whilst working closely with internal departments across the region giving feedback on client payment performance. Principle Responsibilities: A key member of the Accounts Receivable team, this Credit and Collections Analyst role is primarily responsible for performing collection procedures and analysing debt/trends for the distribution revenue across Eastern European countries and Russia. In line with the collections procedures, this role entails providing clients with the appropriate tax documentation as past of the double taxation treaty between the UK and the client's corresponding country. Additionally they are responsible for the maintenance of the sales ledger ensuring accurate information, bad debt analysis and debt tracking. The Role Requires: - Fluent (written and spoken)Romanian & Russian is essential together with a high standard of written and verbal English language ability. - Relevant credit and collections experience would be an asset, however some office/administration experience is a minimum requirement. - Numeracy and computer literacy both essential (including Word, Excel and Outlook) - Must be confident, demonstrate good communication skills and be both self motivated and able to work as part of a team.
